內容簡介：

『年獸』……相傳頭長獨角、非常兇猛，村民為了驅趕年獸，都張貼紅紙、燒炮仗....... 大除夕夜，年獸小年悄悄地來到村莊，遇上苦練舞獅的村民小牛，二人能否化解誤會，一起歡度農曆新年呢？

SMILE 中英兒童戲劇課程導師重新編寫民間故事，鼓勵小朋友遇困難時鼓起「勇氣」。隨節目附送手工教材 ，小朋友能與爸媽一起製作獅頭 ，學習簡單醒獅舞步，在家學習傳統習俗 ！

Synopsis: Nian was known as a ferocious beast with a single horn, villagers had to put up red banners and light fireworks to intimidate him. On the New Year Eve Night, Nian mustered up the courage to come to the village and try making friend with the villagers. Would you offer Nian a helping hand?

Tutors from SMILE™️ Chung Ying Kids Drama Course retell the traditional tale to talk about courage with children. A teaching kit on making lion mask is provided and simple lion dance steps are taught so that children can enjoy the festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year at home.
