藝術可以是千百種形態，每一個作品的誕生都盛載着藝術家的非凡天賦和無窮創意。藝術家們透過創作紓解情感、了解生命，尋找屬於自我的閃耀光芒，將熱情和魅力盡情流露。
《藝無疆》是香港展能藝術會其中一個長期發展項目，這項每年舉行並隔年交替於視覺藝術和表演藝術之比賽，目的是發掘更多潛質優厚的展能藝術家，讓他們從藝術活動中體現更豐盛的人生。另一方面，讓市民大眾有機會欣賞展能藝術家的精彩演出及作品，為香港藝術增添姿釆。
眾藝術之星又一次齊集於《藝無疆》的專業舞台，各自身懷絕技、正等待一個宣告自我的機會。他們將個性的作品及獨特的藝術主張帶到聚光燈下，為觀衆展示藝術的多元面貌，與觀衆共同發掘藝術的樂趣。

Cross All Borders 2020: Dare to Perform!

Synopsis: Arts can be in thousands of forms, and the birth of each art piece carries the artist's extraordinary talent and infinite creativity. Through arts creation, the artists can express their emotions and life experience. They search for a way to shine their own light, discovering an artistic way to express their passion and charisma.
’Cross All Borders’ is one of the ongoing, committed projects of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong. This thematic arts festival is held every year alternating between performing arts and visual arts. It aims to uncover the great talents of budding artists with disabilities and encourage the pursuit of meaningful life through arts activities, as well as providing opportunities for the audience to appreciate the performances and artworks of these talented artists so as to enrich Hong Kong’s cultural landscape.
The stars of the arts will once again have the opportunity to gather on the professional stage of ‘Cross All Borders’, each with their own skills, waiting to present themselves. They will bring their individual works and unique artistic ideas into the spotlight, showing the diverse face of arts, and exploring the joy of arts together with the audience.
