「二胡女神」陳璧沁聯同「編曲俠」嚴勵行和中西音樂好友,帶來一連四場線上音樂會,風格橫跨古典、流行和傳統等。嚴勵行從傳統與現代之間拼湊出嶄新的編曲,陳璧沁則以胡琴與鋼琴、揚琴、大提琴和口琴等破格變奏,為觀眾帶來一連串既熟悉又驚喜的樂曲,展現音樂的可塑性和生命力。
第四集:粵語長片
從前的粵語長片和香港電影都會用到廣東音樂,由悲曲到美樂,胡琴和揚琴將合奏出大家耳熟能詳的旋律;音樂會同時呈現粵語長片的片段作為背景影像,帶領觀眾作一趟懷舊旅程。

Synopsis: Chan Pik-sum, dubbed “Goddess of the erhu”, is collaborating with music arranger Johnny Yim and accompanying musicians of Chinese and Western instruments in his series of four online concerts. The characteristics of huqin will be on display in each concert. Yim will weave new arrangements from the spectrum between traditional and modern styles. Chan will also bring pleasant surprises to audiences, turning out Chinese/Guangdong music, Western classical music and pop, as she jams with piano, yangqin, cello, harmonica and more.
Episode 4: Music from Cantonese Movies
Cantonese music used to be a staple in Cantonese feature films and movies. From tear-jerking background music to mellifluous mood-makers, there are many familiar tunes that can bring back the “good old days” for generations of filmgoers. Come and take a walk down memory lane in this concert, as the huqin and the yangqin underscore the moving images from old Cantonese movies.
